Hi, I’m Cathy,

I am a trauma therapist (InCorr Method*), cognitive hypnotherapist, master NLP practitioner and neurodiversity specialist, offering face to face sessions from therapy rooms in Croxley Green (near Watford, Herts) and online sessions. 

*InCorr (Interoceptive Core Reconsolidation) is a structured, body-centered framework that uses phenomenological interoception to reach and resolve the primary pain of trauma. It’s designed to safely reconsolidate traumatic imprints, creating lasting curative change.

I have also completed a postgraduate certificate at The University of Exeter in Psychedelics: Mind, Medicine and Culture, and am currently studying for the full master’s; the first ever university programme in this area in the world.  I am also in training as an International Soul Coach with The Sacred Voyage, based in the Netherlands and Portugal.  This area of therapy is at the forefront of emerging modalities.  I currently offer preparation and integration sessions for clients who are accessing legal therapy sessions, either in research settings in the UK, or in ceremonial retreats abroad.  I DO NOT offer psychedelic-assisted therapy itself.
